| This Tutorial will show you how to create your own
brushes for Photoshop. We will be using an image, However, you could
just draw something and use your own image as well. |

(Right - Click and Save Image
As...) |

| 1.) Load Photoshop and Go to File >
Open. Locate the saved image, then hit OK. |
| |
2.) Next, go to Edit >
Define Brush... (a dialog box will appear, just
name your image accordingly).

Image has been stored in the Photoshop
Library and is now ready to be used.

| |
3.) Create a New
Document. Go to File > New. Create
it 500 X 500 pixels on a white background. |

4.) In the Tool
palette, Select the Brush Tool.

| 5.) In the Options bar (Located top
of Program, use the drop-down arrow to locate your new brush...It
will be the last entry in the palette that opens. Click on it to select. |

| 6.) Now, Click somewhere in your
New Document and Whalla! Color will not matter, however you can change
this by simply clicking on the Foreground color swatch located in
your Tool palette to change. |

| Here, is my sample image with a style applied from
the Styles palette. |
